Systemic- prescription item that is based on child's age, cavity history and water source ( Palm Coast and St. Augustine do not fluoridate their water supply)
Great Oral Hygiene- effective daily brushing and flossing is a must. Electric toothbrushes are more efficient than manual toothbrushes. Remember if you don't floss you miss 2 of the 5 sides of a tooth (40%).
Minimize snacking and between meals sweet drinks (to include juices).
